# System API

Control-plane info. 1 operation under /api/v1. Errors are RFC 9457 problem+json with a stable `code` field. The complete schemas are in https://nebulactrl.com/api/v1/openapi.json.

## GET /system

Control-plane version, public URL and MCP endpoint

Static facts about this control plane, for the web UI's MCP card and clients that need the endpoint URL.

Authentication: session cookie or `Authorization: Bearer nct_…` token.

Response 200: OK (SystemInfo)
  - `mcpEnabled` (boolean, required): Whether the MCP endpoint is mounted (NEBULACTRL_MCP_ENABLED)
  - `mcpUrl` (string, required): MCP endpoint URL: publicUrl + /mcp; empty when publicUrl is not configured
  - `publicUrl` (string, required): NEBULACTRL_PUBLIC_URL; empty when not configured (clients fall back to the URL they reached the API on)
  - `version` (string, required): Control-plane version
Errors: 401 Unauthorized; 500 Internal Server Error
